As with any industry, customers are always looking for ways to reduce costs. This need drives the search for locations where production expenses can be kept to a minimum.
In 2006 Labelon started its first partnership sending production of its product range to India. Since its success another has been forged introducing business to Sri Lanka in 2009.
We are a customer lead company and they are taking our business to where the manufacture is happening. We are able to cut lead times; shipping costs and at the same time we’re reducing our carbon footprint.
With 5 sites across the globe, Labelon were already well placed to meet the needs of our customers however, we are always striving to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The introduction of partners and plans for two further locations in Pakistan and Bangladesh in the future will keep Labelon at the point of manufacture. Operations Manager, Marc Burlong commented;
