Increased efficiency in Euro locations

Since March 2010 Labelon has streamlined its production processes at its European locations after successful testing in the UK.
 
This fundamental change in the way web, emailed and faxed orders are handled for customers means that care label data is processed straight from the sales office to the production team. Mistakes or missing information can be spotted and relayed to the customers at the earliest point possible saving valuable time from the production process.

Halil Avci, Labelon Turkey’s Sales office manager commented on the benefits he has realized so far,

“Since the change to our procedures mistakes have been minimised and as a result of this wastage of production materials has decreased. We are also able to produce more and lead times have been shortened.”

Another benefit for our customer comes when the need arises to amend an order, your sales contact is in full control of this and you can be assured that changes are being made to the order there and then. Of course this also means less time is taken producing orders and expected shipment dates are being consistently met.

With the success and positive feedback from our Turkish and Romanian sites this process will be rolled out for further brands in 2010.
