Keeping up the good work

After such positive results and comments from Labelons 2009 Customer service survey, we were once again hoping for a year on year improvement in some of the key areas that contribute to our successful business model.

Labelons Sales Office Manager, Heather Wragg, who writes, sends and compiles the results of the survey, was delighted with this years results,

Labelon has seen an increase by two per cent, up to 97%, with customers thinking that staff were polite and courteous to deal with. As well as this 100% surveyed received their orders in good condition, this was compared to 95% last year. Furthermore:

•    83% of customers say that enquires are handled promptly compared to 75% last year.
•    63% of our customers think we supply better quality products than our competitors, compared to 62% last year.
•    This year 75% of our customers now believe our service is better than our competitors, compared to 66% last year!
