New flexographic machine in Romania is more than food for thought

The name Labelon has been for over 20 years synonymous with the production and supply of care labels, variable data tags and woven labels to the garment industry. In September 2007 Labelon Romania invested in a new Gallus flexographic machine to expand the product range they supply. The new machine has a maximum print size of 280mm and can print on substrates like self adhesive paper, PVC foil and boards from 80 micron up to 180 gsm.    The Gallus flexographic machine is very versatile allowing combined printing processes with a short set up time for each job. As with any new machinery the keys points were cost effective runs which benefit our customers and the ability to produce quality self adhesive work in any quantity. The new machine and technology allows Labelon to produce labels with various different special effects such as:

• Hot and Cold stamping
• Embossing
• Barcoding
• Perforating
• Serial Numbering
