                              Customers are loving what we do ...

Our 2009 customer survey came in with some great results and some very generous comments from the people we work with. Thanks to all of you that took part.
 
Heather Wragg, Labelon’s Office Manager, looks after the survey, “Nearly all our customers – 95% - thought we were polite and courteous to deal with, and the vast majority said we were prompt with our response times. Both these factors are a very important part of the Labelon culture.” In addition:

  • Orders place online have risen by 100% in the past year
  • 75% of customers said that enquiries were dealt with promptly.
  • 66% of customers thought our service was better than our competitors – that’s 25% better than last year!
